Keep publishing the fraud issues!
Kerry, Conyers and the DNC should make an united effort to support all groups who are taking the Republican fraud to task.
If the Democrats cannot own the DRE manufacturers or the corporations involved with our electoral process, they must do everything possible to clean up the mess of hackable machines and a fraudulent process before Election 2006. Enough evidence has been brought forward on Diebold, ES&S, Sequoia, ChoicePoint, DBT Technology, Seisint, Accenture and Hank Asher. From backdoor hacking possibility to stolen Diebold technology and voter purging of registration lists beforehand.
Transparency, openness and full public scrutiny should be the basis of our elections. In any case, election fraud should be a federal offence and taken away from local suppression by officials and the courts. Just the manner the civil rights movement was saved by involvement of the federal government.

Need some specific additional factual information on:
- theft of Diebold DRE's and server mid-2002 in Georgia
- networks used by state election officials for vote data transmission, is that RISS secure network?
- in Georgia -- affiliations involved with implementation of SEISINT's MATRIX and FACTS software
- Atlantic Bank and Trust of Boston MA, since 1999 renamed Capital Crossing Bank and affiliation with Accenture
- ChoicePoint of Atlanta and involvement in Georgia election process/
Thanks for any assistance.
How They Could Steal the Election This Time
EXCELLENT READING:

On November 2 ...
millions of Americans will cast their votes for President in computerized voting systems that can be rigged by corporate or local-election insiders. Some 98 million citizens, five out of every six of the roughly 115 million who will go to the polls, will consign their votes into computers that unidentified computer programmers, working in the main for four private corporations and the officials of 10,500 election jurisdictions, could program to invisibly falsify the outcomes.
The result could be the failure of an American presidential election and its collapse into suspicions, accusations and a civic fury that will make Florida 2000 seem like a family spat in the kitchen. Robert Reich, Bill Clinton's Labor Secretary, has written, "Automated voting machines will be easily rigged, with no paper trails to document abuses." Senator John Kerry told Florida Democrats last March, "I don't think we ought to have any vote cast in America that cannot be traced and properly recounted."

Did networks fake exit polls, while AP 'accessed' 2,995 mainframe computers?

January 7, 2005--Why have exit polls historically matched election results?
... and then there's the second half of NEP's role on Election Day 2004. The NEP website states that vote totals were "collected" from 2,995 "quick count precincts". I don't know what that means either, because the NEP spokesperson refused to answer my questions. So, I'll theorize. Does that mean that nearly 3,000 mainframe tabulating computers were accessed directly by the AP? Although, the AP admits it was the sole source of raw vote totals for the major news broadcasters on Election Night, AP spokesmen Jack Stokes and John Jones refused to explain to this journalist how the AP received that information. They refused to confirm or deny that the AP received direct feed from central vote tabulating computers across the country.
Thankfully, American Free Press reporter, Christopher Bollyn was in the right place at the right time on Election Night 2004. He spotted an AP employee connecting her laptop to an ES&S computer at the Cook County (IL) election headquarters. But, was she downloading or uploading data? In an interview with this reporter, Bollyn said, "When I asked the AP "reporter" if she had "direct access" to the mainframe computer that was tallying the votes, she said yes and then Burnham (a Cook County official) stepped in and re-asked my question for me. Again the answer was, "Yes."
COMMENT made in diary today:
My husband has been an IT 'mainframe' guy for
almost 20 years. He is a very logical, practical, reasonable guy who has held positions as a programmer, systems admin., auditing and in IT management. There is NO doubt in his mind that the vote was hacked. When he said that a couple of months ago, even I was skeptical. Then when he reeled off 20 different ways the vote could be hacked without a trace in just a few minutes I doubted no longer.

Thanks for your info ...
About three weeks ago, I thought to make a diary and add some info on the possible fraud in Election 2004. Until I did the research on the links between Florida, Pentagon, DRE manufacturers, Accenture, Ohio, Georgia, etc.
You guessed it, heaps of dossiers, enough to fill 5 diaries. I will be finished in a few days though.
This is freaking intimidation in Ohio
by elected state officials, using taxpayer's money, to stifle an investigation into a frauduleus election process.
OHIO election result was stolen
"It would be impossible to coordinate a scam like this over every county."
No need to, a handful of selected counties with large voter registrations would be sufficient.
"It would be impossible to coordinate a scam like this over every county. "
Not difficult at all. The right-wing republican movement didn't start yesterday to intimidate and disenfrachise democrats. Look at all crucial states the past three elections, the stories are identical. The more you read about the facts of the events, the more scarier it gets.
"The election was not stolen this time. Keep your eye on the ball."
Parts of the election has been stolen in the past four encounters. The problem is the trust we place in the system, we do not think the unthinkable. If you do not take countermeasures today, we'll be listing the same posts over two years.
FROM RAW STORY:
Several volunteer workers in the Ohio recount in Clermont County, Ohio have prepared affidavits alleging serious tampering, violations of state and federal law and possible fraud. They name the Republican chief of Clermont's Board of Elections Daniel Bare and the head of the Clermont Democratic Party Priscilla O'Donnell as complicit in these acts.
This fraud was detected in the recount effort!
The 3% recount was not done at random, the counties were designated. Triad and officials went to work to make the recount match. Therefore, a full recount did not happen and the massive fraud remains concealed.
